Summary
This study tests a device called AllCore360°, which uses rotating exercise to strengthen core muscles. Researchers want to see if it improves posture and reduces low back pain in 43 active-duty military personnel at Nellis Air Force Base. Participants will use the device over several sessions while their core strength and posture are measured.
