First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a specific set of core stability exercises could help improve body alignment and muscle function in people with lower crossed syndrome, a condition that can lead to poor posture and back pain. Forty participants aged 18 to 28 who had no current back pain but showed signs of the syndrome took part. Researchers measured changes in pelvic tilt, chest expansion, and muscle function using cameras and ultrasound.
