NCT ID NCT07576244
First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether combining core-strengthening exercises with a hands-on muscle therapy (myofascial induction) can reduce low back pain, improve core endurance, and enhance quality of life in women who gave birth within the last six months. About 40 participants with moderate pain will be assigned to receive the combined treatment. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to help new mothers feel better and move easier.
