First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether combining core stabilization exercises with myofascial induction therapy (a hands-on muscle release technique) can reduce low back pain, improve core endurance, and enhance quality of life in women who gave birth within the last six months. Forty participants will receive both treatments three times a week for eight weeks. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug option for a common postpartum complaint.
