Summary

This study tests whether two types of skin grafts made from donated human umbilical cord tissue, combined with standard wound care, can close hard-to-heal diabetic foot ulcers more effectively than standard care alone. About 272 adults with diabetes and a foot ulcer that has not healed after 4 to 52 weeks of standard treatment will be enrolled. The main goal is to see if the ulcers close completely within 12 weeks.
