Summary

This study tests whether adding a structured coping skills program to standard biologic medication helps people with Crohn's disease achieve better emotional well-being and disease remission. It involves 170 adults diagnosed with Crohn's for less than 5 years who are about to start a new biologic. Participants will receive either the resilience intervention or a placebo, and outcomes like quality of life and endoscopic healing are tracked for 12 months.
