Summary
This study tests a program called COPE that combines mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to help family caregivers of people with dementia. The goal is to reduce caregivers' stress, depression, and negative emotions like criticism or hostility toward their loved one. 56 caregivers will be randomly assigned to either the COPE program or standard therapy, and their progress will be tracked for three months.
