Summary
This pilot study tests a mindfulness-based music breathing program for older adults (65+) with mild to moderate anxiety or depression. The goal is to see if it boosts resilience and eases symptoms like loneliness and worry. Forty participants will be randomly assigned to the program or a control group, with results measured right after the program ends.
