Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called GSK3862995B to see if it is safe and tolerable. First, healthy adults receive a single dose, then people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) receive multiple doses. The goal is to check for side effects and how the drug behaves in the body, not yet to prove it works.
