Summary
This study will collect information from about 500 adults in Moscow who have moderate to very severe COPD and have had frequent flare-ups. Researchers will look at their medical history, current treatments, and overall health to better understand the disease and how it is managed. No new treatments are being tested; the goal is simply to learn more about this group of patients.
