Amazon tree oil could soothe cancer Treatment's painful side effect

Summary
This early-stage study tests a mouthwash made from copaiba, a natural oil from the Amazon, to see if it can safely prevent or treat painful mouth sores caused by radiation therapy for oral cancer. About 36 adult patients will try different doses of the mouthwash. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose and see how well it controls mouth pain.
