First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether a continuous nerve block (a small tube that delivers numbing medicine for days) can improve pain control and reduce opioid use after knee replacement surgery. Sixty adults having same-day knee replacement were enrolled. The goal was to see if this approach leads to less pain, fewer side effects, and a better recovery.
