Summary

This study looks at whether adding surgery to remove remaining cancer spots can help people with advanced bladder cancer stay cancer-free longer. Participants first receive drug therapy to control the disease, then undergo surgery to remove the primary tumor and any remaining spread. The goal is to see if this approach improves 12-month survival without the cancer growing back.
