Summary
This early-phase trial is testing whether combining two drugs—cabozantinib and enfortumab vedotin—can safely treat advanced bladder cancer that has spread. About 32 adults whose cancer worsened after standard treatments will receive the combo. The study aims to find the best dose and check for tumor shrinkage.
