Radiation boost may extend life for bladder cancer patients with few remaining tumors

Summary
This study is for people with metastatic bladder cancer that has not gotten worse after initial chemotherapy and has three or fewer remaining tumors. It tests whether adding focused radiation to standard care can help them live longer. About 130 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard care alone or standard care plus radiation, and they will be followed for up to four years.
