First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This trial tests a web-based program called COMPASS that provides personalized exercise and nutrition advice, along with text messages, activity trackers, and coaching, for people with stage I-III pancreatic cancer receiving chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for improving physical activity and diet during a challenging treatment period. The study enrolls 30 participants and measures how many join, stick with it, and follow the recommendations.

Active substance

What this could lead to
If successful, this program could offer a practical way to help pancreatic cancer patients stay active and eat well during tough treatment, potentially improving their well-being.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early feasibility study with only 30 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The program may not lead to lasting behavior changes.
