First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This trial tests a web-based program called COMPASS that provides personalized exercise and nutrition advice, along with text messages, activity trackers, and coaching, for people with stage I-III pancreatic cancer receiving chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for improving physical activity and diet during a challenging treatment period. The study enrolls 30 participants and measures how many join, stick with it, and follow the recommendations.
