Summary

This early-phase trial is testing a new drug called AB801, combined with chemotherapy and immunotherapy, in people with bile duct or pancreatic cancer that is either advanced or has spread. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 46 adults will take part, and the study is not yet recruiting.
