This study compares two types of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks (supra-inguinal and infra-inguinal fascia iliaca blocks) in 60 adults aged 30-60 undergoing thigh or knee surgery. The goal is to see which block makes it easier for patients to get into position for spinal anesthesia and provides longer pain relief after surgery.
