Heart rehab goes remote: can virtual care match In-Person?

Summary

This study aims to find out if a telehealth (remote) cardiac rehabilitation program works as well as the traditional in-person version. It will enroll over 500 adults with various heart conditions who are eligible for rehab. Researchers will compare how much participants improve in walking ability, mental and physical health, and other measures over one to two years.
