Summary

This study compares two diabetes medications, enavogliflozin and pioglitazone, when added to standard metformin treatment. It includes 120 adults with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is not well controlled. The goal is to see which drug works better at lowering blood sugar and improving heart health markers.
