One-Size-Fits-All therapy tested for anxiety
NCT ID NCT05249543
Summary
This pilot study aims to see if it's practical to run a larger trial comparing two types of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety. It tests a single, unified therapy approach against several specific therapies tailored to different anxiety disorders. The study enrolled 76 adults in Sweden to check if patients can be recruited, if they stay in treatment, and how therapists perform with each method.
