Summary
This study tested two manual therapy techniques—Active Release Technique and Strain-Counter-Strain—in 40 men aged 30-45 with chronic low back pain lasting at least 3 months. Both groups also received heat and electrical stimulation. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain and improves daily function over 4 weeks of treatment.
