Which drug eases psychosis in Parkinson's and lewy body dementia better?

Summary

This study compares two antipsychotic medications, pimavanserin and quetiapine, to see which one works better for reducing hallucinations and delusions in people with Parkinson's disease or dementia with Lewy bodies. About 94 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the drugs and monitored in a routine clinic setting. The goal is to find the most effective treatment for these distressing symptoms.
