This study compares two ways of giving antibiotics to children with mild pneumonia: giving them right away versus waiting 72 hours to see if symptoms improve. The goal is to see if the 'watch and wait' approach can safely reduce unnecessary antibiotic use. About 2,000 children will take part, and their recovery and antibiotic use will be tracked for 14 days.
