This study tests a new painkiller called Combogesic 325, which combines ibuprofen and acetaminophen, in 180 teens aged 12 to 17 recovering from orthopedic surgery. Participants receive either 2 or 3 tablets of Combogesic or plain acetaminophen every 6 hours for 24 hours. The goal is to see if the combo pill provides better pain relief than acetaminophen alone.
