NCT ID NCT06116266

First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether a collaborative care model—where primary care providers work with a care team—can help adults reduce their use of opioids, stimulants (like cocaine or methamphetamine), and heavy alcohol. About 350 participants with moderate to severe substance use disorders will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this team-based approach leads to fewer days of substance use compared to usual care.
