Summary
This study looks at whether a team-based care model can help pregnant and postpartum women with opioid use disorder start and stay on medication, reduce overdoses, and keep their children out of foster care. About 1,350 women from three low-resource clinics in Pennsylvania will take part. The goal is to improve health for both mothers and babies.
