This early-phase study tests whether spending time in a cool room (around 18°C for 12 hours a day) can make standard immunotherapy drugs work better for people with solid tumors. Twenty-four adults with various solid cancers will receive cold exposure alongside their usual PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor treatment.
