Summary
This study tests a new injectable treatment called Neural Ice that uses cold energy to reduce chronic knee pain from osteoarthritis. About 263 adults aged 22 to 80 with moderate to severe pain will receive the injection and be monitored for 6 months. The goal is to see if it provides safe and lasting pain relief without surgery or long-term medication.
