Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized brain-training program can improve memory and thinking in older adults (60+) who have high blood pressure but no dementia. 120 participants will be randomly assigned to either the adaptive training or a placebo version for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if their scores on a common thinking test (MoCA) improve more than those who did the placebo training.
