Summary
This study tests a new non-drug approach for fibromyalgia that combines cognitive training with acupuncture. Researchers want to see if this helps the brains of patients and clinicians work in sync, which may improve pain relief. About 100 adults with fibromyalgia will take part. The goal is to ease chronic pain without medication changes.
