Summary
This study tested whether a cognitive strategy training program, delivered remotely, is practical and helpful for people with long COVID who experience memory and thinking problems. 65 adults with post-COVID cognitive symptoms participated. The program aimed to improve their ability to perform everyday activities and their quality of life. The main goal was to see if the program was feasible and acceptable to participants.
