Summary
This study tested a therapy called Cognitive Muscular Therapy (CMT) for people waiting for knee replacement surgery. The goal was to see if CMT could reduce pain and improve function. 36 adults with knee osteoarthritis took part. The results may help people manage pain while they wait for surgery.
