Summary
This study tested whether a combination of two long-acting medications (naltrexone and buprenorphine) can help people reduce or stop cocaine use. Over 400 adults who wanted to cut down on cocaine received either the drug combo or placebo injections for 8 weeks. The main goal was to see if the combo led to more cocaine-free urine tests compared to placebo.
