Summary
This study compared two surgical techniques for removing tonsils in 60 adults with chronic tonsillitis. Coblation uses low-temperature energy to remove tissue, while cold dissection uses traditional cutting. The goal was to see which method causes less pain and fewer infections after surgery. Results help doctors choose the best approach to improve recovery.
