Scientists hunt for clues to CLL drug resistance in new study

Summary
This study aims to understand why some people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) respond well to a new class of drugs called BTK degraders, while others do not. Researchers will collect blood, bone marrow, or lymph node samples from 60 patients over 9 years and follow them for 5 years. The goal is to identify resistance mechanisms using advanced lab techniques, which may help improve future treatments.
