Summary
This study tests whether doing progressive relaxation exercises at the right time of day (based on each person's internal body clock) can help people on hemodialysis manage symptoms, sleep better, feel more comfortable, and improve mental well-being. Researchers will study 75 adults aged 18–65 who have been on dialysis for at least 3 months. The study uses surveys and interviews to measure changes over 8 weeks.
