Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether cilostazol, a drug used for leg pain, can help people with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). About 50 adults with fatty liver will take the drug to see if it reduces liver fat and lowers fibrosis risk scores. The study aims to find a new treatment option for this common liver condition.
