First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study compares two treatments—nerve block and radiofrequency—for chronic migraine in 100 adults. Researchers will measure blood levels of migraine-related chemicals (CGRP and PACAP38) before and one month after treatment to see which procedure works better. The goal is to find a more effective way to ease chronic migraine pain.
