Summary
This study is creating a large registry to track the health of over 5,000 people in China with chronic kidney disease (CKD). It aims to collect detailed information on how the disease is currently diagnosed and treated, identify where care might fall short of guidelines, and find factors that predict which patients are at higher risk for serious complications like heart problems or kidney failure. The goal is to build a clearer picture of CKD to help improve future patient care.
