Summary
This study is building a registry of 5000 adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) to collect information on their health, treatments, and outcomes. The goal is to understand how CKD progresses, identify risk factors, and see how well current care matches guidelines. Participants are not given any new treatments—just observed over time.
