Summary

This study looks at how difficult childhood experiences and poor sleep can damage blood vessels in young adults aged 18-29. Researchers will monitor sleep at home and test blood vessel function. Some participants will get a 6-week sleep therapy program to see if improving sleep helps blood vessels work better.
