New study tests if a faster drill makes kids less scared at the dentist

Summary
This study looks at whether using a special rotating tool (rotary file) instead of a hand tool (manual file) during a baby molar root canal (pulpectomy) makes children behave better. It will include 54 children aged 4-6 who need this treatment. The main goal is to see if the rotary tool leads to less fear and more cooperation.
