First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether taking a daily chicken extract or a peptide supplement for two years could help prevent memory and thinking problems in healthy older adults aged 55 to 75. A total of 276 participants were randomly assigned to receive one of the two supplements or a placebo. The goal was to see if these supplements could slow cognitive decline and understand how they might work in the body.
