Summary
This study tested whether a daily chicken extract and peptide supplement could prevent or slow cognitive decline in older adults without dementia. Over 2 years, 276 participants aged 55-75 with normal cognition or mild memory issues took either the supplement or a placebo. The study measured changes in memory tests and brain scans to see if the supplement had any protective effect.
