Summary

This study is testing a text-message chatbot named Cecebot, designed to help breast cancer survivors who have trouble sleeping. The chatbot provides sleep coaching and gentle activity suggestions based on proven therapies. Researchers want to see if using the chatbot for 6 weeks is helpful and easy for 60 participants to stick with.
