Summary

This study tests whether using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) helps people who have had a kidney transplant and have type 2 diabetes better control their blood sugar. About 80 adults who received a kidney transplant in the past year will wear a CGM device to track glucose levels. The goal is to see if this technology improves the time their blood sugar stays in a healthy range.
