First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a relaxation technology called Cereset can help nurses on a hospital unit feel less stressed, anxious, and sleep better. About 40 nurses will use the device, which uses gentle sounds to guide the brain into a calm state. The goal is to see if this improves their well-being and possibly the quality of care on the unit.
