Can listening to your brainwaves ease nurse burnout?

NCT ID NCT06378554

Summary

This study is testing whether a non-invasive audio intervention can help improve the well-being and work performance of nurses and staff in a hospital unit. Up to 40 staff members will receive sessions where they listen to tones that echo their own brainwave activity. Researchers will measure changes in stress, anxiety, sleep, and job performance before and after the program.
