Summary

This study tests whether a gentle magnetic pulse to the cerebellum can improve memory and thinking in people with mild Alzheimer's disease. About 100 adults aged 50-85 will receive either real or fake stimulation over three months. The goal is to see if this safe, non-invasive treatment can slow cognitive decline and improve quality of life.
