This study tests whether adding fianlimab to the standard cemiplimab plus chemotherapy can better shrink tumors in adults with advanced HPV-positive head and neck cancer. About 90 participants will receive either the two-drug or three-drug combination before radiation. The goal is to see which approach leads to more tumor shrinkage and better long-term control.
