First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study follows 250 adults in Finland to see how active screening and timing of diagnosis affect long-term health and quality of life in celiac disease. Researchers will also track how well people stick to a gluten-free diet and how it impacts their well-being. The goal is to better understand the natural course of celiac disease, not to test a new treatment.
