Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment using a patient's own immune cells, engineered to target a protein called CEA found on certain cancer cells. It is for adults with advanced lung, stomach, colon, rectal, esophageal, or pancreatic cancer who have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, while also seeing if it can control tumor growth.
